ex-service personnel
We actively employ and recruit ex-service personnel, working with the government agency Career Transition Partnership (CTP), Veterans Employment Transition Support (VETS), Poppy Factory and specialist ex-forces recruitment agencies. We recognise and help build on the talent that ex-service personnel have to offer the wider civilian labour market; currently, 50% of our workforce have been in the armed forces. Service leavers bring experience, discipline and motivation to our team, amongst other qualities, which drive our business forward and allow us to provide the high-quality workmanship we deliver to clients.
